I have never done this for a merchant before. We are setting up a Math
and Chess program for children in the Baltimore region and have a
continuing need for math charts. ABC Learning Fun 4 U had the types of
charts I found acceptable (I have been in computing since 1980 and
understand how to find acceptable prices on the internet) and I did a
purchase on-line. I apparently have an on-going problem with my surface
mail address which continues to be corrupted by the United States
Postal Service (to the point of a postal inspector performing an
investigation to clear up the problems with my new home address), and
my charts were lost by the USPS -- US Government Mail) even though the
address I had provided should have worked. Prior to my awareness of the
problem Brian contacted me and informed first of the problem. UPS
eventually managed to lose the entire shipment, and WITHOUT my asking
Brian sent an identical shipment overnight a second time to a secondary
address the even United States Postal service could not get wrong. I
offered to pay the costs upon hearing this as I believe in good karma
deserves good karma in return, and Brian declined my offer. ABC clearly
lives by a customer is first ideology and as our program grows our
program will continue use them -- it would be a mistake not to work
with them.

This may have been the most satisfactory online purchasing experience
Ive had to date. I purchased The Oxford Bible Commentary on CD-ROM for
a fraction of the price offered by every other merchant I searched (It
cost me about 1/3 the price offered elsewhere). Shortly after ordering
the CD, I received an email from the merchant telling me that they
shipped the item, and that they were going to refund me $3.00 for
shipping because they found a less expensive form of delivery (3-Day
Priority mail). I replied promptly and asked the merchant not to bother
refunding the $3.00, because I actually prefer to have packages
delivered via 3-Day Priority mail instead of UPS, and would have even
paid extra to have them use the this service (Im never home when UPS
delivers, and they refuse to leave packages without a signature). I was
too late. The refund had already been sent!

ABC-Learning Fun 4U. I ordered two educatonal board games which arrived
in excellent condtion and my family and I are enjoying playing the
games. Communication was excellent, e-mails were sent at every step of

they had a great selection of puzzles in all degrees of ease and
difficulty--a puzzle for everyone. I was most impressed with their
customer service. The purchase process was hassle free. The
communication was great. I received a prompt purchase confirmation
followed by another e-mail confirming shipping. I was very pleased with
the sense of personal attention each of these e-mails had--not the
typical computer generated form letter.. What surprised me most is the
day after the merchandise arrived, I received an e-mail letting me know
the package had been delivered. During the holiday season this was a
nice touch since you worry sometimes that a package left at the door
might be picked up by someone it was not intended for. In addition to
asking if I received the puzzles, they also asked if I was happy with
them and pleased with my purchase. I would shop with them again. Great
